Ordered by "existing asset × highest leverage". Earlier items are more certain than later ones, but even the last one is not vaporware — every track is grounded in AI Agent / data / user-relationship assets f1frp already has.

Upgrade the AI from single-turn Q&A to an Agent Loop: expose tools like materials.search / formulas.recommend / suppliers.filter / cost.estimate, let the AI decide which to call, and complete multi-step tasks ("design a wind-blade pultruded rod → select material → formula → suppliers → BOM → RFQ").
Q2 2026 · top priority on the AI roadmap
A pgvector namespace per paid enterprise, where they upload their own TDS / MSDS / test reports. AI answers cite both the enterprise's private data and the public libraries. The strongest B2B subscription hook.
Q3 2026 · pairs with L1 Engineer Pro / Team
Turn what consultancies hand-make — technical report PDFs, BOM Excels, RFQ letters, spec sheets — into one-click AI output. react-pdf templates with enterprise branding. The real ROI gate for paid tiers.

EU CBAM mandatory from 2027. Build the "one-click CBAM report", EPD environmental declaration, and UFLPA audit tooling ahead of time, partnered with SGS / TÜV China.
Q4 2026
Overseas buyer anonymous RFQ → AI matches Chinese suppliers → sample shipping + logistics + escrow → commission 2-5% on close. Upgrades f1frp from "information" to "transactions".
Q4 2026 / Q1 2027
Open materials / formulas / standards / papers metadata as REST API to ERP / PLM / CAE vendors — making f1frp the data backbone of the industry.

Onboard certified engineers / university professors / third-party labs for paid consulting. Extend the knowledge layer from databases to people.

Instrument every AI answer with OpenTelemetry and user-feedback loops; build an AI citation-quality score + hallucination monitor; every AI commentary flows into a human-review channel. Trust becomes the product.
