Source FRP from China — products, clusters, one accountable desk
The whole China FRP supply base, audited and mapped. See what you can source, where each product category is concentrated, and the step-by-step path — then appoint one bilingual desk for the agreed China-side work under a separate buyer service engagement.
Find the right composites cluster before you send the RFQ
Filter reviewed public supplier profiles by supply-chain role, compare province-level density, and inspect the category mix behind each hub. Counts are generated from the same resilient directory used across GetFRP and refreshed with this page every hour.

A condensed operational guide if this is your first time buying FRP from China. Each step links to the tool on this site that does the heavy lifting for it.
Before talking to any supplier, write a one-page spec: product, grade, geometry, key property targets (tensile / flexural / HDT), applicable standard, and end-use environment.
Tool: /products to compare product specifications
Filter by province (capability cluster), by process capability, and by certifications that match your market. Aim for 3–5 — more creates RFQ overhead without improving price discovery.
Tool: the vetted network + RFQ
Send identical RFQ packets with the spec, target volume (3-month & 12-month), Incoterms (FOB / CIF / DAP), required documentation (MTC, test reports), and target price range.
Tool: AI-assisted RFQ drafting at /ai
Request 3–5 pieces for independent third-party testing (SGS / Bureau Veritas / TÜV labs in China). Never skip this for structural or safety-critical parts. Cost: typically USD 500–2,000 per test panel.
Guide: GB vs ASTM crosswalk for test-method selection
Standard terms: 30% deposit against PI, 70% on B/L copy. First-time orders should use LC at sight for > USD 50k. Always name the exact certifications, batch traceability, and packaging spec in the contract.
Reference: Incoterms 2020, ICC Publication 723E
Pre-shipment inspection (PSI) at factory — random sampling per AQL. MTC, CoC, and packing list must match the PO. For FRP, verify cure state and visual defect class per ASTM D4385 or EN 13706.
QC vendors: SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, TÜV Rheinland China
Delegate the China-side work to GetFRP
Overseas buyers can appoint GetFRP for a defined part of the sourcing process. Each offline engagement is scoped and contracted separately with the buyer before work begins, with clear deliverables, timing and responsibility boundaries.
Identify and shortlist suitable manufacturers, then cross-check legal identity, production location, process fit and relevant supporting documents.
Coordinate and attend factory visits, review equipment, capacity, process and quality controls, and return an evidence-linked report with open risks.
Translate RFQs, drawings, standards and meeting decisions; keep technical deviations, MOQ, lead time, payment and commercial terms visible to both sides.
Coordinate samples and first articles, follow the production plan, document changes and provide progress updates before issues reach the shipment stage.
Build a project-specific inspection checklist, coordinate in-process or pre-shipment checks, and track non-conformities and corrective actions to an agreed release decision.
Coordinate packaging, freight quotations, Incoterms, export documents and the shipment handoff with the buyer's approved forwarder and other third-party providers.
