The bottom layer turns AI answers and data queries into artifacts engineers ship with: RFQ emails, downloads, PDF reports, online calculators, supplier contacts. Not read-only — do-ready.
Four delivery principles
Traditional composites sites stop at 'read the page → make your own phone call'. f1frp adds an 'engineering action' button to every page: request sample, RFQ, download, calculate, claim. Users complete something before leaving.
Material detail → request sample; formula detail → download PDF; standard page → AI digest; patent page → external source; supplier page → claim or RFQ. Each page does one thing well.
RFQ is not sent to a dead inbox — AI matches top-3 suppliers, Resend emails them, suppliers reply, and the future closes the loop with escrow and sample logistics.
Clerk for auth, tier-based download gating, enterprise claim flow, dashboards tailored per role (supplier vs engineer).

Stack
Server Components + Route Handlers. /[locale]/* fully internationalized, /api/* server logic, /platform/* static content.
Path prefix /zh/ + /en/, as-needed (default zh has no prefix). messages/ split by namespace.
Clerk provides email / phone / OAuth login. Webhook syncs to users table. Claim flow goes from supplier_claims to enterprise association.
RFQ dispatch, newsletter, system notifications via Resend HTTP API. dispatchToSuppliers is non-blocking; fails soft to f1frp2015@gmail.com.
Pure React client components + in-house engineering formulas. Pultrusion selection references EN 13706 / GB/T 31539; U-value references GB/T 8484.
Production on Vercel, edge-accelerated globally. Cron declared in vercel.json. All env vars encrypted.
