Changzhou Tiansheng Composite Co., Ltd. is a structural-core exhibitor from Changzhou, Jiangsu listed by China Composites Expo under the English name CHANGZHOU TIANSHENG COMPOSITE CO., LTD. The current official website of Changzhou Tiansheng New Materials Group identifies Tiansheng Composite in its group structure and says a wholly owned subsidiary produces and processes structural foam. This is a parent-operated website, not a separate subsidiary domain. The official product pages list Strucell PVC structural foam, surface processing and pre-cut kits within the structural-foam range, while the expo classifies the exhibitor under foam cores, honeycomb cores and sandwich panels. The history page uses a shortened early subsidiary name, so the public official record reviewed here does not establish the current legal entity's incorporation year without ambiguity; no establishment year is assigned. The expo description also applies the parent's 2011 stock-market listing to the subsidiary profile, which must not be read as evidence that the subsidiary itself is listed. Corporate relationship, product, performance, market-position, project and certification statements are group- or organizer-published and have not been independently verified by GetFRP.

The company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's ChiNext market in 2023 under stock code 301555.

Matex reports approximately 70 employees, a 19,000 m² facility, about 21,000 tonnes of annual fiberglass capacity and exports to more than 30 countries and regions; these scale and export figures are company-published.

Its published catalog spans reinforcements, resins and chemicals, process consumables, core materials and axial fans. The company's China Composites Expo exhibitor listing says it produces powder- and emulsion-bonded chopped-strand mat, stitched mat, combination mat, warp-knitted fabric, core mat and fiberglass cloth, while also supplying alkali-resistant glass fiber, SMC/BMC, gratings and composite geosynthetics. These establishment, production and product-scope statements are company- or expo-published and have not been independently verified by GetFRP.
